The purpose of the travel blog

Captain Ulysses is an old salt! He’s sailed around the world’s oceans and set foot on each of the 5 continents. Drawing inspiration from his hero, Captain Haddock, he has traveled the world, proudly equipped with his wooden pipe and his mariner’s cap. He has beheld innumerable wonders, some natural, some modelled by man: Salar de Uyuni, the Great Wall of China, St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, Iguazu and Niagara Falls, Westminster Abbey in London and the Taj Mahal, to name but a few! He keeps countless fond memories of his voyages! However, time has now come for the Captain to drop anchor and share his experiences and stories. He will be your compass and happily guide you wherever you may go. He will write on this blog all of his tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your adventures around the globe. The Captain has stricken friendships on all continents and his friends will help him make sure that all the information he shares is fresh and up to date! It’s now time to set sail, sailors! Ready for your next getaway?
PS: By the way, Captain Ulysses recently discovered Instagram, and he loves it! Come follow his adventures!
